The information produced by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and delivery of advertising information are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics Remarketing

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function enables the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to be linked to the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-related personalized advertising messages which have been adapted to you depending on your earlier usage and surfing behaviour on a terminal (mobile phone) can be displayed on another of your terminals (e.g. tablet or PC).

If you have granted a corresponding consent, Google links your web and app browser profile to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising message can be switched on each terminal on which you register with your Google account.

To support this function Google Analytics acquires google-authenticated IDs of the user which are temporarily linked to our Google-Analytics data to define and create target groups for the cross-device advertising display.

You can permanently refuse cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account; follow this link to do this: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

Amalgamting the acquired data in your Google account is only carried out on the basis of your consent which you can deny or revoke in Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). For data acquisition processes which are not amalgamated in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have refused amalgamation)  the acquisition of data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Justified interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

Further information and the data protection regulations can be found in the Google data protection declaration at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

Within the framework of Google AdWords we use so-called Conversion Tracking. When you click on a display switched by Google, a cookie is set for the conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files which the internet browser places on the user’s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we both can identify that the user has clicked on the display and was passed on to this page.

Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information retrieved with the aid of conversion cookies serves create conversion statistics for AdWord customers who have decided on conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the total number of users who have clicked on their display and have been directed to a page provided with a conversion tracking tag. They thus receive no information which can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse this use by readily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You are then not included in the conversion tracking statistics.

“Conversion Cookies” are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a justified interest in analyzing user behaviour to optimize both his web offer and his advertising.

More information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in the  Google data protection regulations: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

When deactivating cookies, the functionality of this website can be restricted.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data input on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. To do this reCAPTCHA analyzes the behaviour of the website visitor by means of various features. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, dwell time of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements performed by the user). The data acquired during the analysis are passed on to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a justified interest in protecting his web offers from improper automatic phishing and from SPAM.
